Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-35 years. Male and Female basketball players Playing for at least a minimum of 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute Musculoskeletal Injuries (e.g.: trauma, compression fractures) Hypertensive patients. Associated cardiorespiratory conditions like DVT, and hypotension.
