Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Older Adults above 60 years of age 2.Owns at least one pair of Flipflops/Sandals/Slip-ons/Standard Shoes for a minimum of 2 months and also is used to walking barefoot.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Using any lower extremity brace or orthosis. 2.Clinical manifestations of Musculoskeletal/Cardio-Respiratory pathology interfering with balance testing. 3.Subjects with neurological disorder affecting balance such as stroke, movement disorders, etc. 4.Footwear with heel height more than 4.5cm19 and extensively worn-out footwear.
