Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kellgren & Lawrence grade 2 & 3. Subjects who will sign consent form willingly. Participants who can understand Hindi, Gujarati and English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Kellgren & Lawrence grade 1 & 4. Recent fracture of B/L lower limb within last 6 months. Any other musculoskeletal and neuro-muscular condition.
