Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 30 years and 60 years 2)Known diabetic participants with HbA1c more than equal to 7% and on OHA/insulin 3)Participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus with or without complications 4)Able to comply with the study protocol 5)Voluntary written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant ladies and breastfeeding mothers 2)Known cases of HIV, Chronic kidney disease on dialysis and cancer 3)Severe complications in the past six months include myocardial infarction, stroke, severe traumatic injury, major surgery. Other diseases evaluated by the investigator that are not suitable for the project 4)Likely to move away from the study site in next 01 year after.
