Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Archery athletes 2. Archery experience more than 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Para-athletes 2. Recent injuries within one year like fractures, dislocations, sprains, neurological injuries etc. of neck, upper and lower extremity. 3. Any major surgery within one year 4. Uncorrected Visual defects 5. Hearing and balance problems

1. FITA Score for accuracy 2. Arrow speed 3. Lower Quarter Y- balance test composite score for dynamic balance 4. Upper Quarter Y- balance test composite score for shoulder stability 5. Hand grip strength 6. Resting blood pressure & heart rateTimepoint: Outcomes will be assessed at baseline and after 6 weeks of training protocol.
