This is a study,to compare the benefits of two drugs, Levobupivacaine and Bupivacaine given to patients who will be operated for knee surgeries under spinal anaesthesia, using ultrasound and will be given adductor canal block in the post operative care period.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 80 years of American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II undergoing knee arthroscopic surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having known allergy to any of the study drug or having any bleeding disorders, or patients having, or patients on any anticoagulation therapy, or patients on oral opioids in last three months, or history of analgesic abuse and pregnancy.
