Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patient giving written and informed consent - ASA I and II - Undergoing elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Emergency surgeries - H/O Allergy to Propofol or Hydroxyethyl Starch - Presence of left ventricular dysfunction - Elevated Serum creatinine

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome measurement parameters :- 1) patient pain measurement by pain score by NRS-V score. 2) Incidence of Hand withdrawal movement.Timepoint: Hemodynamics (HR,RR,SBP,DBP,MAP,SPO2) vitals will be monitored every 2 minutes up to 15 minutes thereafter 5 minutes until the completion of surgery.—
