Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Age >18 years 2. Patients presenting to burns ICU 3. Patients requiring mechanical ventilation for more than 48hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Pediatric patients 2. Pregnant Patients 3. Associated airway or maxillofacial trauma
