Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Male and Female Age - 18 -90years Patients admitted for palliative care treatment at TMH Mumbai Patients able to comprehend and understand Hindi and English Language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with ECOG score 4 (Eastern cooperative oncology group performance status ) Patient requiring intensive care unit services
