Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i) Women living in the specific geographic areas between 15 and 49 years of age (sampling frame described in study details and recruitment sections) with ii) a singleton pregnancy with a gestational age between 40 and 120 days determined by self-reported date of the last menstrual Period and (iii) planning to give birth in their cluster of residence.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i) Women unable to provide informed consent, with ii) a multiple pregnancy, iii) whose fetus has a known major congenital abnormality, iv) considering not continuing the pregnancy or v) who are not residents of the study area.
