Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients underoing laparoscopic surgeries . 2.Patient under American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any eye injuries 2. Patients with any head injuries 3. Patients whose pupil diameter could not be measured due to technical failure 4. Patients whose surgical duration is less than 30 minutes 5. Patients with any substance abuse 6. Patients treated with opioids preoperatively for any acute or chronic pain
