Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having sign and symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis (Amavata) as described in Modern Medicine as well Ayurveda lectures Patient of either sex and between the age group of 21 – 60 years. The Diagnostic criteria of Rheumatoid arthritis laid down by American Rheumatism Association in 2010 Clinically Healthy individual of either sex having age between 21 to 60 years Patients and Healthy volunteers willing to give written informed consent for the participation in the proposed Research work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients and Clinically Healthy Individuals not fulfilling inclusion criteria. Pregnant woman and lactating mother. Patients suffering any other chronic diseases. Patients not willing to give written informed consent for the participation in the proposed Research work.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that at the end of the study we would be able to establish that Nadi pariksha is helpful in the diagnosis of Rheumatoid ArthritisTimepoint: The estimated time of study is upto FEB 2025

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
This study will be able to establish the standard of Nadi gati in healthy persons. It is further expected that this study will be able to explore the characteristic features of Nadi Gati in the patients of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Timepoint: 72 weeks
