Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria will be chronic shoulder pain of more than three months duration diagnosed with any of the mentioned conditions like 1)chronic tendinitis, 2)impingement syndrome, 3)frozen shoulder, 4)pain secondary to arthritis and rotator cuff injuries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those patients who have underlying shoulder pathology like rheumatoid arthritis or malignant disease of shoulder, who have already diagnosed with 1) cervical herniated disc pathology that causes referred pain, 2) prior RF treatment in last three months, 3)coagulation disturbances, 4)uncontrolled diabetes, 5) malignancy, 6)mental disorders preventing adequate communication and 7)pregnancy will be excluded from the study.
