Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persuading master in any subject from Manipur University; Semester exams appearing male and female students without having severe psychological issues; student who agrees to participate in this study; students who do not practice any form of meditation. The students may belong to any class, caste and ethnicity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undertaking any medicine for psychological issues Having psychological problems Practicing any form of yoga or meditation Not having knowledge of English language
