Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having neck pain with unilateral upper trapezius trigger points 2. Duration of pain less than 3 months 3. Age group- 20 to 40 years. 4. Inability to complete cervical ROM in any of the degrees of freedom

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture of cervical spine 2. Radiating type of neck pain 3. Any neurological impairment 4. Any acquired or congenital conditions of spine and shoulder 5. History of surgery of the cervical spine/ shoulder
