Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female football players 2. Age 13 to 25 3. Participants who have at least 1 year of experience in training of football 4. Participants attending training for 3 to 4 days per week with 1 match

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who presented recent injuries or fracture or musculoskeletal pathologies that prevented them from carrying out the flexibility sessions or physical assessments; 2.Training in other soccer schools or teams attached to the existing one 3.Have competitions on the same days as the warm-up conditions were carried out .
