Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20-60 years 2.Willingness to adopt Mantra Therapy with Hymn as a life style intervention. 3.Commitment for 30 days as a regular participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of severe and chronic digestive disorders.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Mantra therapy along with Hymn is effective in improving Gastrointestinal Quality of Life.Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed after 15 days and 30 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measurment of the Quality of Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index among the healthy individuals with the help of Gastrointestinal Quality Of Life Index Scale.Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed after 15 days and 30 days.
