Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients consenting to participate 1. Patients going lower limb surgeries under subarachnoid block. 2. Patient of ASA grade I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system disease like mental retardation, non- cooperated speech disorder, or psychiatric disease. 2. Patients having any contraindication for regional anesthesia. 3. Patients with a failed spinal block. 4. Patients who are under 150cm or over 185cm in height.
