Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Grahani with features of Irritable bowel syndrome as per rome IV criteria Patients aged between 18-60 yrs. Patients of either gender. Patients willing to participate and giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of IBD , celiac disease , abdominal surgeries, ulcerative colitis. Patients suffering from any other type of systemic disorder like hypothyroidism, uncontrolled DM and HTN, cardiac disease, renal dysfunction will be excluded. Individuals with evidence of malignancy. Pregnant or lactating women.
