Intervention1: Matrix rhythm therapy: 4 sessions in 4 weeks, once a week. Control Intervention1: matrix rhythm therapy versus conventional therapy: 8 sessions will be conducted

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed case of osteoarthritis of knee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of major hip, knee injury or surgery. Individuals with history of any neurological impairment, Fractures, open wounds Inflammatory, or infectious arthritis. History of malignancies.
