Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married, Divorced and Widowed women. Pregnant & Non-pregnant women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than 18 and more than 49 years of age. Women with any prevailing chronic illness. Women with any mental and physical disability. Women known to have depression, anxiety and undergoing any psychological treatment.

To be able to portray the kind of association found between education, employment, career choice, career break and motherhood choices with the help of statistical correlation analysis.Timepoint: 6 months

To be able to identify and elaborate the underlying factors in choosing career over motherhood or the vise-versa in women. An attempt to explain the determinants responsible for the probable association found between the variable through in-depth interviews and getting a larger view of the reasoning process of crucial decision-making among womenTimepoint: 6 months
