Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI 25-29.9kg/m2 (WHO classification for the general population) Free from musculoskeletal injuries, fractures and neurological disorders in last six months Availability for the whole study duration of 12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any diagnosed hypothyroidism, hypertension, DM, cardiovascular disease Pregnancy Use of medications to reduce weight or medications that alter vascular or autonomic modulations like cardiovascular, respiratory, anti-hypertensive, anti-diabetic medications or any prescribed medication. Any musculoskeletal disorders (muscle strains, low back injuries, tendonitis, arthritis, etc.) in the past 6 months Engaging in any structured exercise programs in the past 1 year
