Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with clinical signs and symptoms of katigatavata. Age above 30yrs and below 50yrs, irrespective of gender, occupation, married status, socioeconomic status etc. Swedana yogya .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient age below 30yrs and above 50yrs. patient with known H/O any systemic diseases.Malignancy, lumbar spine injury,any serious disorder related Swedana ayogya . patient not willing to join study.
