Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health care professionals, including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, paramedical staff, therapists, social workers, and counselors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal disorders limiting mobility (e.g., advanced arthritis, herniated disk) Recent surgery Recent injury that prevents painless or safe movement Physical disability restricting participation in the study Undergoing treatment for a psychiatric disorder Pregnancy
