Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -ECOG STATUS 3 OR LESS -ALL PATIENTS WHO REQUIRE REPEATED TAPPINGS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -PATIENTS WITH LOCULATED ASCITES -PATIENTS WHO REFUSED TO GIVE CONSENT - Patients with deranged coagulation parameters (INR >2) or platelet counts less than 50000/mm3 - Actively dying terminally ill patient.
