Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects whose sitting duration is more than 4 hours daily. Workers working in diamond industry for minimum of 12 months. Workers who gave consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any surgery in last 6 months. History of any congenital cardiovascular disease. History of any systemic inflammatory disease. History of any recent infectious disease in workers. History of trauma or other accident relating to injury. Participants who refused to give consent for participation. History of any neurological disease.
