Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the signs and symptoms of Dadru Kushtha described in Ayurvedic texts will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on auto immune suppressants, patients having medical history of unstable angina, myocardial infarction, heart failure or stroke within 3 months of study, uncontrolled DM, Impaired renal function ALT and AST >2 times of upper limit of normal, patients on prolonged steroid therapy and age less than 18 yrs and more than 65 yrs

To develop & evaluate pharmaceutical, analytical study of Soap and Cream prepared with Trinak Taila and its clinical study in Dadru Kustha Roga within one year.Timepoint: Duration of the treatment- 28 days follow up- done after 14 days, 28 days and 45 days.	—

1.To study pharmaceutical analytical evaluation of soap prepared from Trinak Tail. 2.To study pharmaceutical analytical evaluation of cream prepared from Trinak Tail. 3.To trace out clinical efficacy of soap in Dadru Kustha Roga. 4.To trace out clinical efficacy of soap & cream in Dadru Kustha Roga. the whole procedure will be completed within 1 yr .Timepoint: Duration of the treatment- It will be given for 30-60 days. Route of administration- Local application Dose- According to skin lesion Follow up- Follow up will be done fortnightly for 45 days	—
