Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers who delivered before 32 completed weeks of gestation via LSCS or NVD Mothers of Low birth weight babies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers with recent breast surgery or any contraindications to breastfeeding(mother receiving high doses of Anti epileptics/Antithyroid drugs/Antipsychotis/Antimetabolites or other Chemotherapeutic agents, mother receiving diagnostic or Therapeutic radioactive isotopes , mother with Herpes Simplex leisons on breast, mother on abusing drugs ,mother has active untreated tuberculosis)
