Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed after through examination as having Mutrashmari. 2. Patient of either sex or religion and irrespective of demographic data. 3. Age limitation between 30-60 years. 4. Patients who do not willing to undergo surgery and those who were unfit for surgical intervention had been taken for the study. 5. Patients with stones size less than 10 mm. diameter in any part of urinary system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled Hypertension; diabetes mellitus; tuberculosis 2. Chronic or Acute Ulcerative colitis 3. Crohn’s disease 4. Any malignancy or systemic illness 5. Venereal disease, HIV, HCV and HBsAg positive cases 6. Pregnancy 7. Age less than 30 years and more than 60 years 8. Patients with impaired renal function or any severe complications. 9. Patients with immediate surgical requirement had been excluded from the study. 10. Patients having the stone size more than 10mm in diameter.
