Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age Group of 18 to 70 years all genders 2.Low Backache radiating to lowerlimb 3.Patients presenting with lakshanas of Gridhrasi 4.Patients eligible for Kati Vasti 5.Patients eligible for Matra Vasti
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age below 18 years and above 70 years 2.Patients with DM & HTN, potts spine, malignancy of spine 3.patients underwent spinal surgeries, who are using medications for psychiatric disorders 4.patients associated with severe sytemic illness, space occupying leisons of the spinalcord
