Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.clinically confirmed cases of OSMF 2.histologically confirmed cases of OSCC 3.Healthy volunteers having no oral lesion and not having the habit of tobacco or alcohol uses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy 2.Patients under medications such as immunomodulators or immunosuppressors 3.Patients with bleeding disorders 4.Patients below the age group of 18 years 5.Patients suffering from autoimmune diseases 6.Physiological conditions such as pregnancy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The possible outcome will be to know Corelation of serum IgG levels in clinically confirmed cases of OSMF & histologically confirmed cases of OSCC.Timepoint: 1 day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
IgG plays an important roles in OSMF & OSCC, may serve as a potential therapeutic target.Timepoint: 3 months
