Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and Female Kabaddi players with age group 18 to 30 years. 2. Practicing 3 times a week with experience =1 year. 3. High CMAS (=7).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb injury or surgery in last 6 months. 2. Any abnormal potentiates to reduce lower limb performance. 3. Pain or Discomfort while performing movements and test included in the study.
