Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Secondary amenorrhea due to PCOS Oligomenorrhoea due to PCOS Ultrasound findings of polycystic ovaries as per international criteria Hirsutism and Acne Patient with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary amenorrhea Systemic diseases like HTN, DM Those who are on tablet Metformin Androgen –secreting ovarian tumors, Congenital adrenal hyperplasia Hyperprolactinemia Thyroid disease
