Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with first onset illness or relapse of primary psychiatric condition attending the Telepsychiatry camp diagnosed by telepsychiatry consultant according to ICD10. -Clients whose condition can be managed on OPD basis will be included. -Clients above 18 years of age who give consent will be included under the study. -Clients who are able to read and write Kannada and or English will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clients who are referred to other centers due to any reason after the first visit or are unwilling/unable to continue at least a 3 months follow-up. -Patients diagnosed with uncontrolled epilepsy, neurological disorder or unstable medical conditions will be excluded.
