Intervention1: Varmam Therapy: Physician will give gentle pressure with fingers over the affected body parts upto 30 seconds. Each session will last for 10 -15 minutes. Weekly 2 sessions will be there

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: persistent either unilateral knee pain or bilateral knee pain which is > 40 mm on a visual analogue scale (VAS: 0 to 100 mm) ii. less than 30 min of morning stiffness iii. crepitus on active motion iv. restricted movement v. radiologic findings of osteoarthritis (osteophytes formation, joint space narrowing, subchondral bone sclerosis, and subchondral cysts).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. History of knee arthroplasty ii. Traumatic injury related joint deformity iii. Intra-articular injection before the enrolment iv. Serious infection of the knee v. Suspected tears in any ligaments or menisci or acute inflammation of the synovial capsule vi. History of malignancy vii. Autoimmune disease or inflammatory arthritis
