Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Resident doctors working in any government, private and academic institution and having duty since one month. 2)Having basic bachelor’s degree of BAMS, MBBS or BHMS. 3)Pursuing post-graduation, PhD, DNB in clinical as well as Pre/Para-Clinical Resident Doctors, PG Diplomas and fellowship programmes.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are unwilling to participate
