Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult consenting patients undergoing endoscopic pituitary surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Patients with chronic pain conditions, with/without treatment. o ASA-PS 3 & 4 (Patients with uncontrolled systemic hypertension.) o Patients on beta blockers- Migraine prophylaxis, hypertension. o Patient’s having local anaesthetic sensitivity. Pregnant patients.
