Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6-18 years with moderate to severe asthma according to GINA criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known cases of congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, cystic fibrosis and chronic pulmonary diseases, Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency, congenital heart disease, children with acute exacerbation, active respiratory infection.
