Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lakshana of Mutrakrichra which are similar to lower urinary tract infections like Burning (Sadahamutrata), Dysuria (Sarujamutrata), Frequency (Muhur-Muhurmutrata), urgency, strangury and Suprapubic tenderness. 2. Patient suffering from fever. 3. Laboratory investigations showing pus cells in urine more than 5 pus cells/HPF. 4. Subjective parameter score total more than or equal to 6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing for trial. 2. Patients suffering from medical illness like Poly-cystic kidneys, Hydronephrosis, Impaired renal functions, Malignancy of genito- urinary tract, Immuno-compromised patient, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes. 3. Patients suffering from white discharge per vagina. 4. Pregnant women suffering from UTI.
