Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Recreationally active badminton players (“Recreationally active defined as doing physical activity, including running a minimum of 3 times a week for at least 30 min ?)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No history of injury to the knee, back, hips or ankles in the 3 months prior to testing. 2. No history of lower extremity surgery in the past 1 year. 3. No complain of low back, knee and ankle pain. 4. Participants having FPPA less than 180 degree will be excluded.
