Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18, irrespective of gender Patients with suspected cholangitis undergoing ERCP and percutaneous drainage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with any other source of sepsis Anyone not willing to participate
