Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adolescents of age group 10-19 years. 2. Participants who are rated as Frankl Definitely +ve and +ve and according to the Frankl Behaviour Rating Scale (1962) . 3. Participants playing contact sports.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents with special healthcare needs. 2. Subjects experiencing dental pain or active lesion. 3. History of chronic illness. 4. Known allergy to any sports drink or polymers. 5. Adolescents playing for recreational activities.
