Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient aged between 20-60years of either sex 2. American society of anaesthesiology status 1&2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.age less than 20 and more than 60 of age 2. emergency cases 3.unstable haemodynamic status 4.neuromuscular diseases, ashtma. 4.potentially difficult intubation 5.chronic use of anticogulant
