Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed with Cancer, Non-diabetic Patients prescribed with Dexamethasone (Study Cohort) Patients not being prescribed with Dexamethasone (Reference Cohort)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Out-patients, Diabetic, Patients who already have a history with Dexamethasone

Incidence of Dexamethasone induced hyperglycemia. Timepoint: 24th hour after administration of one dose of Dexamethasone.
