Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with stroke with confirmed MRI Anterior Cerebral Artery involvement Brunnstorm stages of recovery 2 to 4 MMSE score greater than 25 TIS score greater than 5 Ability to understand instructions and follow verbal commands Ability to sit for at least 1 minute without any assistance on a stable surface or bed Participants willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of previous symptomatic stroke Medically unstable patients Impaired cognitive function Patients with severe sensory disturbance, pain and contracture Patients with visual, perceptual, neglect syndrome Patients with neurological disorders other than stroke (cerebellar disease, Parkinson’s disease) Severe cognitive impairment Aphasia Recent history of any trauma and fracture Un-cooperative patients Musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, degenerative diseases of the lower limbs affecting motor performance, spinal deformity)
