Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the criteria like loss of memory, difficulties in orientation, judgemental and problem solving inability, intellectual interests impairment, less interest in community activities ,hobbies and self care are of senile dementia, patients above 60 yrs and within 80 yrs 0f old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having history of cerebrovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, endocrinal dysfunction, parkinsonism, brain tumor, intoxication.

To asses the effect of brahmi tablet orally and shirodhara with brahmi oil for dementia due to alzheimers disease.Timepoint: oral medication for 30 days and shirodhara for 7 days—
