Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who will give written informed consents. 2 Patients between the age group of 16-60 years. 3 Patients diagnosed with Pandu roga lakshana as mentioned in ayurvedic texts. 4 Hemoglobin between 8-10gm% (Moderate Anaemia).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Persons who will not give written informed consent for study. 2 Severe Anaemia >8 gm%. 3 Iron deficiency Anemia due to other disorders like Hepatic cirrhosis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Uremia, Malignant disorders. 4 Sideroblastic Anemia, Thalassaemia etc other haemoglobinopathies. 5 Persons having systemic severe illness, bed ridden patients and any type of Cancers. 6 Female patients who are pregnant or lactating
