Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years Patients diagnosed as Acute-on-chronic liver failure as per APASL definition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ACLF patients who survived less than 24 hours Patients with acute decompensation of cirrhosis with prior history decompensation. Patients who are diagnosed with HCC
