Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed with fistula in ano that are to be operated under Spinal Anaesthesia. 2. New and recurred cases. 3. Patients willing to participate in the trial therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignancy. 2. Pregnancy. 3. Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Chronic Liver Disease, positive patients of HIV, HBsAg and Anti HCV. 4. Patients allergic to Diclofenac sodium, patients of peptic ulcer and any other contraindications to Diclofenac sodium.
