Intervention1: i- PRF injection post arthrocentesis: Injection of liquid platelet-rich fibrin will be prepared as following ,10 mL of venous blood into a vacutainer tube per joint will be obtained fro
60 g for 3 min), a volume of 1 mL of liquid PRF layered at the top the tube will be withdrawn into a 3- mL syringe for immediate intra-articular injection

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: o Patients who presented to the OPD of Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research. o Patients with TMD [Wilke’s Staging 3, 4, 5 and Wilke’s 1, 2 (Failed to respond to conservative management)] o Patients who were willing for investigations and treatment procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: o Patients without TMD o Patients who were not willing for further investigations and treatment.
